They then promise they'll get someone from sales or billing to respond. I have also sent several emails to both sales and billing generic emails, again with no response. This has been going on for 3 months and still NOT A SINGLE CALL OR EMAIL FROM SALES/BILLING. I don't know what others call 'lighting fast support', but I don't think 3 months covers it.
