Is it possible to use ruTorrent on Windows? If I understand correctly, ruTorrent is just a collection of PHP scripts. It should run on any webserver that supports PHP. That being said, the backend of ruTorrent uses XMLRPC/SCGI to connect to rTorrent. I have no experience using these technologies on Windows, but I don't see why it would be impossible - I expect that implementations exist for them. After looking at your link, the binary packages are old (last updated November 2011), and the compilation process involves Cygwin, which is a real pain to set up and get running.

I'm curious: Why do you want to use rTorrent on Windows? What does it have that you feel uTorrent, the 'standard' Windows BT client, lacks? Thanks for your explanations.
