Web Console Version 0.1b

I have lanched Procmon to monitor what silverlightclientconfiguration.exe has done. I found some regestry hack to resolve such a problem instead using silverlightclientconfiguration.exe, this hack works on my windows xp3 CN with ie8 box copy and paste such regestry code to a txt file and rename it to a reg File, then import it. Comment: the reg file has [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE Wow6432Node Microsoft Silverlight] (for x64 box) and [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE Microsoft Silverlight] (for x86 box), But i Put it togather, you can seperate it to a X64 and x86 reg file.

That looks great But I'm in a high security enviroment so directly modifying certificate info is out. Even though I imagine this is what the.EXE does if it is not in a trusted exe from a trusted source I'll never get it to the production system. What is it that causes silverlightclientconfiguration.exe to fail? Seems like there should be a patch or a simpleer Reg hack that should get it to work. I'll keep researching and post what I find but A better explanation of if this is a bug or simply not supported would help.

Anyone have any luck using a diffrent means to get this to run? Did another search and found this: This is the same as the above solution but the cert is a file, not a reg hack. Might work for my environment, maybe it will work for others. Is XP REALLY not supported with this? I understand concentrating on new products but XP is still common especially in high security environments where it can that forever to adopt new platforms. Also, the web console is a fundamental part of Operations Manager, why cripple it? I hope we can get a better fix for this or at least a explanation of why this is.
