Posting in case someone else has this problem. As of 2016, go to BMD's Support page, then click 'Capture and Playback' (if you click 'Converters' you won't get any software that works with the Broadcast Converter). I then downloaded 'Desktop Video 9.9.2' and after install I had the 'Multibridge Utility' and after I had that, I was finally able to adjust the settings on the Broadcast Converter. FYI: I'm on Mac OSX 10.9 and the customer support tech said to download v10.5.4, but that didn't see the Broadcast Converter. Microsoft Onenote Has Stopped Working 2013 Ford. V9.9.2 is the one that worked for me.
